Hi My name is Peter and I have finally come clean and admitted to myself that I am totally addicted to going to rock concerts. I have also realised that all attempts at treatment are futile, and anyway I don’t want to be cured! This blog is part of my treatment, in creating a permanent record of all of the gigs that I have ever been to (or at least those I can remember)!. I also have a collection of concert programmes from concerts that I have been to (I have almost always bought a programme) and will be scanning these in and inlcuding them as part of the site.

Went to see my first concert with my brother in 1974 it was The Faces, i was 11 and have been going to concerts and festivals ever since, i hope you have many more memorable gigs to come.

Love your blog Peter, I shall send you some comments on the older blogs now I have found where you started, which took me ages to scroll down. I have attended lots of similar concerts from November 1975 onwards and started my own blog onTumblr, but abandoned it until I have enough time to do it properly with scans of tickets, programmes, flyers and photos etc…. rock on in the meantime, best wishes, Mike

Really enjoyed reading your blog being originally from South Shields and a big Yes fan at many of the City Hall gigs after 78 so this ended up being a trip down memory lane for me. Great blog.
